About AgencyRelay

AgencyRelay is a white-label delivery partner for US agencies, helping them win and deliver more web, app, AI, UI/UX, and product work without building a larger in-house team. AgencyRelay is a brand of Salt Technologies, Inc. — a Delaware C-Corp founded in 2012 — operating with a globally distributed delivery team and US-aligned working hours.

AgencyRelay is the partner brand for the agency-facing delivery work of Salt Technologies, Inc. The brand exists for one reason: US agency owners and consultants need a delivery layer that's structured enough to put in front of their best clients, and flexible enough to flex with their pipeline.

Why this brand exists

Two things changed at the same time, and the agency model felt it first.

The first shift: client expectations on US agencies got heavier. Web turned into app. App turned into AI. AI turned into AI agents wired into HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce, and bespoke ops. The buyer assumes one team can carry it all.

The second shift: hiring stopped scaling cleanly. Senior generalists got expensive. Specialists got rarer. A boutique agency cannot build five practices internally just to keep optionality alive.

AgencyRelay sits in that gap. A delivery partner agencies can stand behind, on capability and on conduct — without absorbing the fixed cost of hiring across five disciplines before the demand is proven.

The operating principles

Five things every engagement is built on

These are not marketing bullets. They show up as written terms in the SOW and as defaults in how the engagement runs day-to-day.

  1. Principle 0101 / 05

    Partner-first by default

The agency owns the client relationship, brand, and roadmap. AgencyRelay is the invisible delivery layer behind it — never in front of it.

  2. Principle 0202 / 05

    White-label safe in writing

Mutual NDA before sensitive material is shared. Communication boundaries written into every SOW. No client-facing footprint without explicit agreement.

  3. Principle 0303 / 05

    No-poach as a hard line

Mutual non-solicitation language inside every MSA. Neither side approaches the other's clients or hires the other's people during the engagement and for an agreed window after.

  4. Principle 0404 / 05

    Public starting prices

Every solution has a public starting price on the Pricing page. Final SOWs are scoped from there. No bait pricing, no hourly published rate.

  5. Principle 0505 / 05

    US-aligned working hours

A globally distributed delivery team with a daily overlap window inside US business hours on every active engagement — confirmed in the SOW.

The full operating model — partner models, no-poach, comms, US time overlap, and pricing approach — lives on the How It Works page.

The same delivery operation that's been shipping for agency partners since 2012

AgencyRelay isn't a microsite spun up over a weekend. The brand is new — the delivery operation behind it is not. Salt Technologies, Inc. has been building software, design systems, and product engineering for agencies, consultancies, and growth-stage operators since 2012.

  • Same legal entity behind every MSA, NDA, SOW, and invoice — Salt Technologies, Inc.

See full FAQ
  • Q.01

Is AgencyRelay a separate company from Salt Technologies?

No. AgencyRelay is a brand of Salt Technologies, Inc. — not a separate legal entity. Every MSA, NDA, SOW, and invoice is issued by Salt Technologies, Inc., the Delaware C-Corp that has been operating since 2012. Same operating team, same contracts, sharper agency-facing offer.

  • Q.02

Where is AgencyRelay based and where does the work happen?

AgencyRelay is a US-facing brand with a globally distributed delivery team. Every active engagement carries a daily overlap window with US business hours so the delivery lead is reachable in real time. Exact hours and time zones are confirmed per partner inside the SOW.

  • Q.03

Why launch a separate brand instead of selling agency work under Salt?

The buyer is different. Agency owners and consultants want a partner brand built around partner-first commercial mechanics — public starting prices, white-label safety in writing, no-poach commitments, US-aligned hours, and a clean four-solution offer. Trying to surface that inside a generic services site dilutes both audiences.

  • Q.04

    Who runs AgencyRelay day-to-day?

Nilesh B Gadekar, founder of Salt Technologies, Inc., leads the agency-facing side as the AgencyRelay partner brand. He's typically in the first scoping conversation with new partners. Day-to-day delivery is run by the same Salt delivery managers and named technical leads the operation has run with for years.

  • Q.05

What kinds of agencies actually work with AgencyRelay?

Design and branding agencies, SEO and performance agencies, Shopify and HubSpot agencies, AI consultancies, software and engineering agencies, fractional CTOs and product consultants, and boutique IT consultancies. The unifying pattern: established client relationships, an active pipeline, and a need to win and deliver more without scaling fixed payroll first.

  • Q.06

How do I start a conversation?

Two doors, same destination. Book a 30-minute Partner Call to talk it through, or use Send Us the Opportunity to share a written brief. We respond inside US business hours. Mutual NDA available before anything sensitive is shared.

Same team, same contracts, sharper offer

Bring the brief — we'll come back with a clean read on fit, the right solution, and the cleanest next step.

You can start with a 30-minute Partner Call or send the brief in writing. Both land in the same partner inbox — and both get a response inside US business hours.
