Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: identifiers and business contact details (such as name, work email, company, role, and phone number if you provide it); the content of messages you send; scheduling metadata generated when you book a call; technical and usage data from your browser or device (such as IP address, general location derived from IP, device type, and pages viewed); and records of consent relating to cookies or marketing preferences where applicable.

• To respond to inquiries, evaluate fit for partnership, and operate sales and onboarding workflows you initiate.
• To schedule meetings and send related notifications through our booking tools.
• To secure forms and the site against abuse (including bot protection).

We use service providers and on-page technologies to operate the site. Based on our current stack (see project documentation), these may include: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager; Cookiebot for cookie consent management; Resend for transactional email from forms; Cal.com (or a compatible scheduler) for booking; the LinkedIn Insight Tag where deployed; Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention; and Sentry for error monitoring. Specific subprocessors and configurations can change over time; we will update this page for material changes where appropriate.

We use cookies and similar technologies for strictly necessary operation, to remember consent choices, and — where allowed — for analytics and advertising measurement. Details by category appear in our Cookie Policy.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to pursue legitimate business interests and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type and system; operational backups may persist for a limited period after deletion from primary systems. Exact retention schedules for certain categories may be confirmed with counsel as our operations mature.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under U.S. state privacy laws (including, where applicable, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia) such as the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Salt is headquartered in the United States; information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The site is directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by other reasonable means.
