Other agreements
If you contract with us for delivery, proposal support, or related services, the written Master Services Agreement (MSA), statements of work, and any other signed agreements you enter into with Salt control that relationship. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails for the subject matter it covers.
Permitted use
- You may use the site for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; interfering with service; scraping in a way that harms performance; or submitting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through forms or uploads.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Salt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for temporary copies needed to browse, or as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site materials.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amounts you paid Salt for access to the site in the twelve months preceding the claim — if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Salt and its affiliates against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by Salt’s wilful misconduct.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the site lies in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
